Nature Education
Lepard Preserve was created as an educational natural preserve. Along the main trail, you'll find a series educational signs covering various topics, including native plants, animals and natural processes. While you're exploring the park, keep a lookout for unusual birds, plants and animals. Lepard is a unique and wonderful place and you never know what you'll find!

Trail Loop
Lepard Preserve features one main trail loop.  You'll find the trailhead at the rear of the Spirit of Life Church parking lot, on the south side of 76th Street. Most of the trail is natural-surfaced, though puncheon is also used as shown below. A short segment connects the trailhead to the main loop, crossing a bridge over a scenic ravine. From start to finish, the entire trail is about 9/10ths of a mile long. This includes the loop and "there and back" on the connecting trail segment across the bridge.
