Our new system will be more user friendly for our customers and more efficient for our staff. We started the project last fall and spent much of the winter getting things set up and migrating over all our existing reservations.
If you've placed a reservation with us or purchased a season pass at Millennium Park in the past couple of years, you should have received an e-mail on March 19 letting you know how to access your new account. If not, you can create an account at any time here.
